MAHA Festival '25: PIXIES, WAXAHATCHEE, MAGDALENA BAY, BAND OF HORSES, more / ALL ACCESS (VIDEO)

This week, I am reviewing the return of the MAHA FESTIVAL. Maha is an indie music festival that takes place every year in Omaha. Except for 2024, when it took the year off to re-organize.

This year, the festival was moved to downtown Omaha, and took place at the Heartland of America Park. The park is situated next to the Missouri River. There was a great crowd, the weather cooperated (for the most part), and every band was spectacular.

Too Soon To Name Best Album of 2024?? Here Are Four Early Contenders! (VIDEO)

I know it's only Spring, folks, but 2024 has already been a pretty epic year for new music -- and there's still more than half the year to go! Fully understanding where we are on the calendar, I have already found what I consider to be four strong possibilities for Best Album of 2024.

Waxahatchee TONIGHT at Waiting Room

Brooklyn, NY's Waxahatchee is appearing tonight at Waiting Room. The band is touring in support of its most recent record, Cerulean Salt. Opening the show are: Carbonleak and Manic Pixie Dream Girls. Tickets are still available.
