I am borderline deaf after the High On Fire concert last night at Waiting Room (note the crappy cell phone pic). Brutal, brutal show. Great, but brutal.
Last night kicked off my three-night stand of weeknight concerts. For me, this is a big deal as I am rapidly becoming an old man. Tonight, it's the comedy stylings of Neil Hamburger at Waiting Room. I saw Mr. Hamburger a little over a year ago when he performed at O'Leavers. Great show -- totally hysterical. I am anticipating another night of awkward silences, bad timing, bizarre jokes, and general strangeness. I can't wait.
