Redd Kross have announced a one-off reunion show at Los Angeles' Red Cat Theater on July 1st. As far as I know this is the first time Redd Kross has performed since their break-up in 1998. No word on who will be in the band besides Jeff and Steven McDonald -- the two founding members. The band's website, Redd Kross.com, promises more details soon.
I've always been curious about this band. How would you desribe their music?
ReplyDeleteI'd say they are a cross between The Beatles and KISS. If that sounds appealing, then Redd Kross is your band. Start with the "Third Eye" CD or "Neurotica"
