Today is the one year anniversary of the death of Memphis punk rocker Jay Reatard. Hard to believe it has been that long. I never got to see him perform live, unfortunately. His music is always on my ipod.
Pitchfork has a lengthy memorial article up today. It should be read by everyone who liked Jay's music.
