Comic book writer Steve Gerber died yesterday at age 60. Gerber worked with Marvel comics in the 70s and with Hannah Barbara. He worked on comics like The Defenders, Omega the Unknown, Howard the Duck, and the KISS comics of the 70s.News From Me has a nice bio on Gerber.
