This is Why The Replacements Matter
The Replacements are about to release their first career-spanning "best of" CD, Don't You Know Who I Think I Was? The Best of the Replacements, next month. I wanted to show you where it all began for this phenomenal band. This video features three songs recorded in 1981 in Minneapolis' 7th Street Entry bar. Bassist Tommy Stinson (now in Guns N Roses) was only 12 years old at the time of this video. This is rock.
